This article explains how to use Absolute to Make a Number an Absolute Value.

To make a number absolute
Absolute can be used to make a number absolute.

Connect the number you want to make absolute to Absolute.
In this case, a number of -100 is connected.
The value is converted to an absolute value, so 100 is output instead of -100.

Multiple data can also be converted to absolute values.
In the case of the image above, since the values are absolute, positive numbers are left unchanged and negative numbers are converted to positive numbers.
